Who we are
Birch Grove Wellness is a Toronto-based psychotherapy practice dedicated to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, chronic stress, and life transitions. We also help individuals who are seeking mental health support to sharpen focus, manage stress, and build resilience—giving them a mental edge to thrive both personally and professionally.
What we do
With a whole-body, integrative approach, therapy combines traditional talk therapy with somatic practices and nervous system-informed care to help you restore balance, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with yourself. At Birch Grove Wellness, the focus is on nurturing both mind and body, guiding you toward lasting healing and inner alignment.
How we can help
Every person deserves care that reflects their story. At Birch Grove Wellness, we offer personalized, integrative psychotherapy in Toronto—helping you reduce stress, heal from trauma, and reconnect with balance.
Meet Anastasia
I’m Anastasia, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and the founder of Birch Grove Wellness in Toronto. I support adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected by regulating their nervous system and reconnect with a sense of safety, stability, and ease.
My work is rooted in the understanding that healing doesn’t happen through insight alone. I integrate somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and mindfulness with evidence-based talk therapy to help you move out of chronic stress and survival mode, and into greater emotional balance, clarity, and resilience.
